Job Summary

Join Wedtrail as a Customer Success & Engagement Intern and play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction and platform engagement. You will assist in onboarding new users, developing engagement strategies, collecting feedback, and resolving user inquiries to ensure a positive experience for both couples and vendors.

Responsibilities

• User Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new users, guiding them through platform features and benefits.
• Engagement Strategies: Help develop and implement strategies to keep users engaged with planning tools, registries, and community features.
• Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify improvement areas and support product enhancements.
• Issue Resolution: Support the customer success team in addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting platform issues.
• Data Reporting: Help track and report on user satisfaction, engagement metrics, and churn rates to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or any related field.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 5.0 or equivalent percentage.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and empathy in customer interactions.
• Soft Skills: Patience, approachability, and a passion for enhancing user experiences.
