Job Summary

Join Wedtrail as a Product & Operations Intern and contribute to the seamless functioning of our wedding planning platform. You will assist in vendor onboarding, registry management, user experience enhancements, and overall operational efficiency. This role offers comprehensive exposure to cross-functional team collaboration in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Support: Assist in coordinating between technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure platform functionality.
• Vendor & Registry Assistance: Help manage the vendor registration process and support the registry management team in maintaining accurate listings.
• Product Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and assist in prioritizing feature enhancements.
• Process Optimization: Support the development and implementation of operational processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new features and reporting bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 5.0 or equivalent percentage.
• Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
